Originally a town house of a rich Edinburgh Barrister, the Royal Ettrick Hotel, built in the 1860's, was converted in the 1940's. The hotel is situated in Polwarth, just 10 minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street. Housing 17 bedrooms, all of which retain the feel and atmosphere of the original building. The hotel bar regularly features coverage of major sporting events witht he conservatory restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
