Had an excellent stay here, staff couldn't be more helpful. From the girls on reception, through to housekeeping. Especially, Alfie by day/Alex by night (private joke) & Kevin, in the Courtyard Bar who both worked extremely hard during our stay & made us very welcome. They couldn't do enough for us. Very polite & efficient & knowledgable in their work too. The Maitre de in the main Oakridge Restaurant, was also very helpful, as was his staff, who were very diligent & very professional.
