Dating back to the 16th century, the Three Tuns Hotel is located in the heart of Durham and retains a traditional atmosphere with much charm and character. The hotel has 50 bedrooms with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Dining is available in the Browns Restaurant where you can enjoy excellent, freshly prepared cuisine. There is much to see and do in the area such as visiting Durham Castle and Cathedral, the Gala Theatre and the Botanical Gardens.

Food very good, Service in restaurant excellent.Room clean and well kept. Good access to amenities around town.Worth the money

we really enjoyed our stay here,most of the staff were very helpful, the rooms were very spacious, the bed was heaven!!!!! the main problem for me but...
