We have stayed at The Yorkshire on a number of occasions and recommended to friends and family who have visited and have never had need to complain. We were thrilled with the offer and were looking forward to our stay at the hotel. But it seems that the extremely reasonable price was for a room which was tired to say the least, the room was cold, as was all the hotel, and the view of the air ducting from the window was anything but pleasant. Perhaps the reason the rooms are offered so well p......

Bought this break as a present for sisters 50th birthday,had a nice room in hotel with great view but she said the food at both dinner and breakfast was absolutely disgusting.We have stayed here many times mostly through easy-breaks so the immense disappointment with this present for my sister is obvious.She has told hotel reception of her feelings and we wish to take the matter further.The hotel was very quiet but this is no excuse for over cooked and dry breakfast and dinner that had starters ......
