On arrival hotel was cold.we were told there had been a power cut but all was now back on. As the day went on it got colder and colder.During the evening we were informed that the boiler had broken down ,so we spent the night without heating or hot water anywhere in the hotel.The earliest that it would be repaired was the next evening.We had booked two nights but in the morning the hotel was so cold we couldn't sit for breakfast and decided to check out. We were told at this time we would get ......

We had a late deal at a great price and this was reflected in the quality of bedroom we where allocated.Right at the end of a corridor and facing the back of the hotel, when I had already told the hotel my husband had difficulty using stairs....
