I have rated it as 1 low 5 high as you don't give any idea. They claimed you had not notified we were coming. (didn't believe them) We had to wait while they "fixed up" two rooms. They put an extra bed in a room for my daughter and two grandsons, and gave us a double room instead of a twin. My daughter couldn't unlock her door from the inside she had to pass me the key under the door. Good job there wasn't a fire. They couldn't fix it so she had to pull a bed to the door for security. Hard ......

The hotel is a little tired and the meals average. However, for the money paid it is excellent value....
