Whe we arrived at the hotel they had no record of our booking. Luckily, the manager found us two rooms quickly and without fuss. Only because I had printed off the booking confirmation. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Could do with a bit of refurbishment. We had a fantastic view over the clyde to Gourock. The food was pretty good. We got this break at a bargain price which was great value for money..The only drawback was the weather and the steep climb up the drive t......
