We had a superb break here and my partner and I both agree that we shall return again . Service is first class and the meals we found to be extremely good . The hotel is not a modern 5 star but then we were not paying that sort of money either . With it's location close to the town and the Fife Coastal Path what is there not to like !...

The hotel was very tired and in need of a serious clean throughout. Whilst all the staff were trying their best there was no feeling of any pride in the establishment and this came through. The rooms, at least in the annex, were very 80s and badly needed doing up. The TV was out of the ark and only 5 channels available. The shower was barely fast enough and the decor in the bathroom has to be seen to be believed! The evening meals, although sounded good on the menu, were barely acceptable in term......
