Our second stay at this hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff and good value for money all round. The food was generally good and staff were very happy ...
Dear Mrs Hyslop, Many thanks for taking the time to write a review on our hotel, we are pleased you enjoyed your short stay with us. It was rather unfortunate that we had such a great deal of snow over such a short period of time, we did however make many attempts at clearing the snow, we called the fire brigade who were great, as they removed our large icicles’, we contacted several plough companies and the Highland Council in order to have the snow cleared but unfortunately we were not considered a priority by the council and the private companies would not bring their vehicles onto the property whilst the drive was being used, you will also appreciate that this was a very busy time for us and at no point over the whole ten days of festivities was the car park cleared of cars. Currently as of today we still have over two foot of snow in our garden areas and the drive has been closed off due to snow. Again, many thanks for your feedback as this is vital if we are to improve and monitor areas within our operation that may otherwise be letting us down.
