The hotel reception area is a big and dark. Greay stone flooring, next to no lighting and the receptionists head just showing above a long dat brown desk. The complete ground floor of this hotel is dark and gloomy, lacks lighting and colour. The only bright spot is ths small cocktail bar and empty lounge. Guests with dogs are relegates to rooms in the old part of the hotel. Rooms here are small, dark and some of the room and bathroom lights do not work. Housekeeping obviously does not ch......

An experience not to be repeated had to have a change of room as carpet stained,chairs stained next room although smaller was cleaner . First room we were shown was just the same as when we stayed there several years ago when it was not classed as an executive room,nothing extra for an upgrade where you would expect robes,slippers and bottled water. £80 wasted Each day was not without incident in the dining room not enough space to write everything suffice to say will have to change a lot befor......
