Customer Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5.
Great hotel for a short break. Staff are friendly and competent. Menu was 6 course taster menu which was extremely good. Dishes well presented and a good choice. Buffet breakfast is consistently good with various choices, some available to order, e.g kippers, eggs benedict. Rooms are comfortable, some with views of the bay. Leisure centre is excellent and has a hot tub outdoors. Have stayed here previously and will have more breaks here. Highly recommended....

This review is a year out of date - we visited in May 2013. The hotel is amazingly located a few hundred yards from the Craignure Ferry, but very peaceful. The views from the stunning leisure facility and dining rooms are outstanding - if you ignore the rather run-down hotel grounds. Food was okay for the price paid, and the main resident group being German package tourists attests to a quality operation. The room was basic but clean. Advice to potential esay-breakers..... go for this pla......
