STAFF were brilliant. service exeptional. Lovely location. Only down side HOT TUB not working.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Food was very good especially breakfast. Staff I feel need more training as there were a couple of occasions where staff were argueing with each other in view of guests.Still good value for money.

Had a lovely few days at the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely

Wine and dine deal was not as good as expected. Unless you had the basic hotel dinner the supplements for other choices were too expensive.

Cleanliness of bedding was suspect

We had booked adouble room amd were given a twin room.

Staff very friendly, room was changed readily as noise from kitchen extractor intrusive in first room. Food very good both evenings. Second visit to this hotel and will certainly be staying again, many thanks

My husband and i had a fantastic break at this Hotel. The location was perfect with beautiful sea views. We found sitting with a drink in the lounge watching the sun go down was the best way to end the afternoon.All the staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was good and value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean .We will go back

This was a group visit to Iona and stayed 2 nights at Isle of Mull Hotel where we enjoyed the great location with spectacular views.The first class service from the staff and good food made our stay most enjoyable and all the group agreed.

Room was clean, tidy and the view across Craignure was great. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Would recommend this hotel.

Booked this at the last minute and thoroughly enjoyed our break.
We took the break that included passenger ferry travel and the
hotel was good enough to pick us up from the pier as we were on foot.
Rooms were comfortable with lovely views, food was good, especially
breakfast. The hot tub, unfortunately, was out of order and the pool area was
not as highly maintained as Crerar Loch Fyne but we still enjoyed the pool,
sauna, steam room and foot spa with again great views.
All staff were very pleasant and efficient.
Excellent value for money and hope to return again soon whilst this offer
is still on.

Great break, ideal location for touring round mull, so handy from the ferry terminal. Didn't have time to try the Spa or leisure facilities. Will come back again
