This hotel was appalling. I had expected the basics because of the price but this was way below the basics. The room stank of cigarette smoke; the pillows and duvets were paper thin and there were no additional blankets or pillows; one cup was provided for two of us; the bathroom floor was filthy and there was no shower; the car park was full so we were told we would have to park on the street; we arrived at 9.30pm and the bar closed at 10pm; the window was broken so get any fresh air, we had to......
