Customer Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5.
The cleanliness score was let down by the fact that the carpet in the corridor leading up to our room did not appear to have been hoovered at all during our stay. Also lot of dust on pelmet and top of curtains in our room otherwise the room was lovely and nice view. Everything else was perfect and we would come again....
Rated 4 out of 5.
Big hotel with a wide variety of things to do. Unfortunately the hotel is so busy it is very difficult to get access to these things even when trying to book. We didn't get any room service while there which wasn't good. Staff were all excellent and very helpful and friendly....
