The food was excellent staff very good but sadly the room was very shabby I do appreciate its an old building cracks in the tiles on bathroom floor behind toilet was not very clean the toilet had lime stains on the inside of the bowl( this can be cleaned off with the the right chemicals )did not look very nice,the paint was flaking off of every window in the room plus bathroom window also sorry no slippers dressing gowns as hard as cardboard and the champagne must of been put in the room quite......

This hotel was a last minute re-allocation by Easy Breaks for which we were very grateful. This was due to a specific disability request and not the fault of our original choice hotel. Overall the hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. The hotel menu was permanent for our 3 nights stay and perhaps a little over priced. The allocation for evening meals in our package was £20 per person which was really not adequate for the high menu prices (even for simple burgers and fish and c......
