The hotel has a lovely location in the small village of Kenmore overlooking the River Tay. The main problem we encountered was in the restaurant when at dinner my wife had to wait 15-20 minutes for a tea with the waitress admitting she had forgotten to place the order. Next morning at breakfast was chaos - there did not seem to be any order for serving orders for tea/coffee and toast. Orders were taken promptly but seemed to be delivered in a random order. We had to ask three times for our tea a......

Food and service were excellent. Staff were all cheerful and helpful. Room was in building across road from hotel and was rather shabby. Carpet was badly stained and paper was peeling off walls. However bed linen was spotless and towels were fluffy. Restaurant and other public areas were fine....
