Brilliant short break at the Mansfield House Hotel Hawick Room was great at front of the house great view room itself was lovely, dinner was from bar menu and was lovely wine prices very reasonable breakfast was really good a very good breakfast menu indeed .Staff were are very pleasant and helpful all in all very good and great value for money . Hawick itself is a nice wee town not a lot going on but pleasant enough ....

Sunday morning breakfast was chaotic due to a large unexpected party and new staff. However, breakfast next day was fine as was dinner both nights. Our room was spacious and clean with a view over the front gardens. Good base for visiting surrounding area....
