We have used this hotel several times but on this occasion we were disappointed. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the set dinner were below the standard of previous stays. There were three bus parties there and we felt we did not receive as good service as in the past. The staff were all very helpful but were run of their feet and therefor had no time to help guests with general enquiries....
