left hotel early on first morning after breakfast. hotel was not busy. returned about 3 p.m. to find room not cleaned and went to lounge to wait on room returned about 4.10 pm. room still not touched and finally went back to room about 5 p.m. to find it done but cups left dirty, tea / coffee not replenished, no bath towels and had to hunt down staff to rectify their shortcomings although this was an en suite room the wash basin was in the bedroom and is not suitable to be marketed as such...
