Customer Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5.
Enjoyed our stay but found the dinning room service slow and disorganised. There was a lack of staff in the dinning room but we found the staff to be polite and courteous even under pressure. The food was good but spoiled by the slow service. The bedroom was clean and although adequate was very old fashioned and the en suite poorly equipped for disabled guests. Despite these comments we would probably stay there again....

We have given this hotel full marks as we really enjoyed the break. We had a problem regarding a sliding door to the bathroom which was faulty. When mentioned to the manager she could not have been more helpfull and we were given another room immediately. This is our second visit to this hotel and will not be our last. We find Easy- breaks good value for money and will continue to use them....
