All staff were excellent and could not be faulted.The £18 Meal allowance was pitiful in relation to the A la Carte Menu,and when the supervisor saw us struggling,she offered us a Table D'Hote Menu which came in line with our allowance and saved a lot of embarrassment. Our room (234) was large and COLD, 2 heaters but one of them permanently off and the other off more than on ( no individual control ! ). We asked for and got extra blankets and a plug-in heater. The shower was antiquated, the old ......

Very friendly staff, excellent food with generous portions, rooms a bit threadbare but acceptable - overall very good value for money and we would not hesitate to book again!...
