A warm welcome from staff on arrival. However, when trying to book a time for dinner we were informed that everyone had to dine at 7.30pm - this meant all of the private guests and 3 coach tours! The staff did a fantasic job and the restaurant was cleared in an hour and a half. 7.30pm is too late for us, so if we book again we would just have bed and breakfst and eat elsewhere. Our room was very nice but unfortunately our TV didn't work very well....
