We went on the break after a recent bereavement and the staff could not have been more accommodating or understanding which made a difficult situation easier. The reception staff gave us a great welcome and took the time to advise us on places to go and provided us with directions on how to get there during our stay. The waitress in the dining room on our first two nights, in particular, was sympathetic to our situation and took steps to make my Grandsons lack of appetite during the meals not ......

We stayed 2 nights with our grandsons aged 6 and 2. The location was fantastic for scooters and football around the beautiful Bannockburn centre and monument. Close to Blair Drummond, the Falkirk wheel and Kelpies. The staff were great with the boys and the bonus of getting high tea at an earlier time suited us perfectly. The huge bedroom was ideal.
