Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Being a new hotel (2008) it does not have that knocked about feel so many hotels have, YET... BUT maintenance & signage in the Leisure Centre is below par, eg muck-filled rawlplug holes, locker doors which fall off. Remember to take your own shower gel & a waterproof bag for your wet swimmies, these are not supplied and there is no drier for your swimmies. The pool table surface is torn and unplayable. But what a setting - and excellent hotel rooms - at a price.
