Visited this hotel on a short break with friends in February. This hotel is an excellent four star hotel with a superb friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is of a very high standard well cooked and prepared. The menu offers a good choice of items with something to suit all tastes.
The hotel is quite large and has extensive car parking facilities. It is situated on the opposite side of the river Avon from Bristol and access to the city can be via the Avon Gorge Bridge which is only a few miles from the hotel.

We have visited many hotels over the years and this particular hotel far exceeded our expectations and is a credit to the staff and the chain to which it belongs. All of our party had an excellent break and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone
