felt staff was rather disorganised, as was the self service breakfast, bar also seemed to be unorganised running out of beer and wine, food well presented but not always cooked through ( sausages half cooked, yourkshire pud's cold in the middle)
First room we were given smelt strongly of smoke, receptionist not too pleased when we turned it down, said the only other room available was a family room, which was fine, but we really could not see from the no' of guests that the hotel was fully booked.
