The hotel staff were excellent, however on arrival was told that we could not have an extra room key as they were too expensive to replace.

There was also a large area of worn carpet in the dining area and dining chairs were rather worse for wear.
I was also perturbed at being charged £1 to hire a towel to go for a swim!
