Hotel was looking very tired and needed a bit of TLC. The waiting staff I felt needed a bit of basic training which is not their fault that they didn't know what side your cutlery and wine glasses went to. If the bedding and furniture even matched it would have looked a lot better. The staff were friendly enough on the whole. Might be an idea to have some cards or board games to play with in the evenings, especially when the weather is a downpour
