Hotel staff were all wonderful - smiling and helpful, from the receptionist on. The food was great and the hotel in a good position, being central in Oban. The only drawback was lack of car parking, which proved very tricky and caused us some headaches.

Our other major problem was the fact that the receptionist had not received our booking and it was only by good luck that there was a room free for our reservation.
