Excellent break and very good value for money. Friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were the same. Food was lovely with plenty of variety. Spa area very clean and well equipped although the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay but I am assuming that they wil be getting this fixed very soon. The room that we were in was very clean and comfortable with good faclilities. Would definitely use this hotel again as the staff were prepared to go that extra mile to make your stay a memorable experience. Well worth a visit and very well placed for visiting Chester and the surrounding area.. All in all a really enjoyable break in beautiful surroundings and well worth every penny!
