We stayed here last year too ,and this year was even better.We were in room 210 ,in the newly refurbished part of the hotel and it was excellent.Beautiful room,very quiet and warm,lovely bathroom.The food was even better than last year,with the same excellent service .Staff very pleasant and helpful.An elderly gentleman on his own ,was booking in ahead of us.The staff were very helpful and showed deference and concern regarding his age.Offered to help him with bags etc.I was most impressed with the restaurant staff and the way they made this gentleman feel at ease.ALL of the staff are a credit to themselves and the management.We shall most definitely be back.Can you get any better????
