We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The bedroom (Room 8) was small but extremely comfortable. It is set in a very picturesque part of the Lake District. I would definitely recommend the King's Head for anyone looking for a short break and value for money.
