"We", "us" and "our" all refer to "easy-breaks.com". "You" and "your" all refer to the "customer". 
Please read your confirmation and the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure full understanding of the terms on which reservations are accepted.
Your contract is with easy-breaks.com. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation. It is made on the terms of these booking conditions. How these terms apply to you will vary depending on whether you have purchased hotel accommodation only or a break from us. A break is a combination of two or more components, such as accommodation plus a tourist service, sold at an inclusive price.
All easy-breaks.com break offered are subject to availability at any time and hotels only have a limited number of rooms available at the published rates. Breaks exclude the festive period (23rd December - 2nd January). Valentine's weekend (10th February - 12th February) and Valentine's day (14th February). Hotels may sometimes change dates or acts due to external circumstances.
Full pre-payment is required at time of booking by creditcard, debit card or an easy-breaks.com voucher. All bookings are subject to an administration fee.
easy-breaks.com offers booking protection at a charge of £12 per room, this gives cover for a full refund of all accommodation costs up to 24 hours prior to arrival (arrival being 2pm on first date of break). This allows you to cancel or amend for whatever reason, material or otherwise, with a full refund of the accomodation cost. It is only with booking protection that easy-breaks.com can make any refund. Booking Protection is not included in the prices shown but will be added to your final payment automatically on booking. Prior to providing payment details, you will have the opportunity to opt out of purchasing booking protection.Booking protection is provided on a per room basis. Any refund will be made as per your original payment method. Certain bookings, specified at point of sale, will be subject to seperate terms and conditions which are available on request. 
Some hotels can accommodate the early arrival of guests; however it is unlikely that bedrooms will be available before 3pm. It is requested that guests vacate their rooms before 11:00am although this may vary from hotel to hotel.
easy-breaks.com will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract but this will be without any liability to you. All prices are quoted are subject to alteration/amendment. Any change to government legislation such as VAT or Eurozone exchange rates will be added to your account. 
If You Change Your Break
If, after your confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your break arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Unless you have taken out booking protection, you will be asked to pay an administration charge of £12 per person and any other cost we incur in making this alteration.You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.
If We Change Your Break
We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements stated should we find it necessary in circumstances beyond our control (for example, due to changes in Government legislation) before confirming your booking. If we are required to make any changes to the arrangements detailed, you will be informed of such changes before you commit.
If we make a major change to your break after confirmation, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your booked break and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. 
If You Cancel Your Break
(Applicable to bookings without easy-breaks.com booking protection) 
It is only with booking protection that easy-breaks.com can make any refunds. 
We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by, or you suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these terms and conditions "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. 
If We Cancel Your Break
We reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your break arrangements. If we do so (except where the cancellation is due to your failure to pay the required payment) you can choose either to take alternative holiday arrangements from us if available (if the alternative is of a lower standard you will receive a refund of the difference in price) or accept a full refund.
All evening meals are a minimum two courses or subject to a dinner allowance. This dinner allowance can be exceeded if you wish, where applicable, with any excess charge to be settled by you directly with the hotel on departure.
Where a "Bottle of wine", "Bottle of Prosecco", "Bottle of Champagne", "Bottle of fizz", or "Bottle of bubbly" is stated as an inclusion in your break, this is one per couple, per stay, unless otherwise stated. 
When booking a spa break, you must chack availability with the hotel direct, and in advance, concerning actual spa treatment appointments, to ensure these are available over the suitable duration of your stay. 
Not all hotels can offer disabled facilities and not all areas of the hotels may be easily accessible. Please check at the time of booking as to the suitability for your requirements, our Sales Agents will be happy to advise. PLEASE CLEARLY STATE ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Child payment policies vary from hotel to hotel. Guests should please enquire at the time of booking as to the policy for their requested hotel.
All special requests made by you at the time of booking will be passed onto the hotel which will make every reasonable effort to meet these but unfortunately they cannot be guaranteed.
If you have a problem during your break, you must inform the hotel (the manager, owner or duty manager) which has a responsibility to remedy any issue or provide explanation. It is essential that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question without delay whilst on your easy-breaks.com break. If your complaint is not resolved at this stage, please follow this up within 14 days of your departure by emailing reservations@easy-breaks.com or writing to our easy-breaks.com Customer Services Department at 1 Queen Charlotte Lane, Edinburgh EH6 6BL providing your booking reference and all other relavant information. 
If you fail to follow this complaint procedure, this may affect your rights under this contract and prohibit an outcome in your favour. 
We will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to: you; or a third party or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which we, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall. Our liability shall be limited to a maximum of two times the cost of your break. Our liability is also limited in accordance with and/or in an identical manner to any relevant international convention, for example the Paris Convention in respect of the provision of accommodation, which limit the amount of compensation that you can claim.
As a result of processing your booking, we will retain your name, address and in some circumstances other information about you which constitute "personal data" for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use this personal data for the purposes of providing your easy-breaks.com break (including sending your details to any 3rd parties directly involved with your booking, e.g. hotels, ticket providers, etc) and sending you information about future offers and services from us. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you will be deemed to have consented to this processing. We will attempt to resolve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with the way we deal with any disagreement and wish to take court proceedings, this must be done so within Scotland.

Any failure to comply with terms and conditions as laid out by www.visitbritainimages.com may be contested by Visit Britain. easy-breaks.com give no authority to any third party to use any image contained within this brochure unless permission is gained through contacting us directly.

All reviews featured in this brochure have been sourced direct from easy-breaks.com customer feedback where possible, if an easy-breaks.com review has not been available, a Tripadvisor customer review has been used.
