Teddington

An idyllic, yet exciting town fortunately located within the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, with easy access to the capital city of London. This town is exceptionally green for the area, with a number of parks, including one favoured by none other than Henry VIII, which he used for his regular deer hunts, Bushy Park – a 445 hectare expanse of woodlands and parklands, which is now open to the public for exploration and wildlife watching. With such easy access into London, many visitors elect to take day trips into the capital to do a spot of sight-seeing and visit the many attractions. Within the town itself, the River Thames passes through creating a number of idyllic riverside walks for visitors to undertake. Another highlight of Teddington is the long high street, which offers an ample selection of pubs, café’s, restaurants and bars to choose from.

We love Teddington because...

  • Easy access to London
  • Expanse of parklands
  • Long, bustling high street
