Weston-super-Mare

Weston-super-Mare

One of the most instantly recognisable and iconic coastlines in England, this seaside resort, located in Somerset, has been a popular destination since the early 19th century. This wonderful history can be seen in the delightful influence of Victorian architecture and historical sites in the area.

Visitors can enjoy leisurely exploring the miles of accessible flat, sandy beaches and impressive piers as well as visiting the classical seaside attractions, arcades, cafes and ice cream parlours that we all fondly remember. Taking tea on the Grand Pier, set against the stunning seascapes, with views over to Wales, is a true delight. The area is also well renowned for its quality seafood, with many establishments proclaiming to serve the best fish and chips, but we’ll let you be the judge of that.

We love Weston-Super-Mare because...

  • Miles of sandy beaches
  • Beautiful Victorian architecture
  • Classic seaside resort town
