Our breaks are all self-drive; however, our reservations team can advise you of public transport options from your home to the hotel.

No, we do not charge an administration fee.

We do have family rooms available at many hotels. If your chosen hotel fails to show availability of a specific room type then please call our reservations team and they can check availability for you.
To book a disabled adapted room, check availability of a room suited to your needs. Crerar Hotels will always aim to provide reasonable adjustments where appropriate and possible, however the historical and practical nature of many buildings can present challenges which are unique to each property. Therefore any prior knowledge of these requests will ensure that we are better placed to be able to accommodate guests and make reasonable adjustments. Yes, if making the booking online or over the phone we will send confirmation to the email address on your account.

Our partner hotels supply a minimum of two courses for dinner or apply a dinner allowance against their a la carte menu.

Yes they are; we use a secure payment gateway and information is stored securely and never used for marketing purposes.
You can do this online and have it sent to your email address. If you wish to have a printed voucher sent via post, please call 08430 55 44 33. An administration and postage charge of £3.50 per voucher will be applied to your order.
In order to redeem your voucher, please call 08430 55 44 33. Please ensure you have the unique code to hand.
Our vouchers can be used for one year after the issue date. You only have to have made the booking before the expiry date.
