Q. Do you have a brochure and how do I order one?

A. To request a brochure please call 08430 55 44 33 and choose option 2 or contact us via our live chat or send an email to reservations@easy-breaks.com.

Q. Are the prices advertised online and in your brochure "per person" or "per room"?

A. All prices are "per person, per break based on two sharing a double or twin room".

Q. Are all of your breaks self-drive or do they include transport?

A. Our breaks are all self-drive; however, our call centre staff can advise you of public transport options from your home to the hotel, or you can check our features section of each hotel listing online.

Q. Do all of your hotels include parking?

A. Many of our hotels do have parking; this information can be found on the individual hotel pages, and each hotel varies as to whether the parking is chargeable or free.

Making a booking

Q. How do I make a booking?

A. You can use our website www.easy-breaks.com to choose a break and then follow the prompts through to make a booking. Alternatively, you contact our friendly UK call centre by calling 08430 55 44 33.

Q. What's included in the break price?

A. Each break is different and the inclusions will be clearly detailed on each booking confirmation. If you have any queries about your chosen break you can call us on 08430 55 44 33.

Q. Do you have an administration fee?

A. Yes, our administration fee is £6 when booking online or over the phone. The reason for the administration fee is to recover the costs involved in making your booking, this includes bank and any associated transaction charges.

Q. Am I able to add extras onto my booking?

A. Yes, there are extras listed on the website when making your booking. If there are any extras we have missed that you would like to see, then please feel free to call us on 08430 55 44 33.

Q. Do you feature family rooms?

A. We do have family rooms available at a lot of our hotels on the website. If your chosen hotel fails to show availability of a specific room type then please call our reservations team and they can check availability for you.

Q. How do I book a disabled room or check any access or dietary requirements?

A. To book a disabled adapted room, check availability of a room suited to your needs, or as ask about dietary requirements, please call us directly on 08430 55 44 33.

Q. Do I receive confirmation after making a booking?

A. Yes, if making the booking online or over the phone we will send confirmation to the email address on your account.

Q. How do I make a group booking?

A. By calling us on 08430 55 44 33 and asking for our groups co-ordinator. A group is classed as a booking for 20 people or more. Alternatively, send us an email to groups@easy-breaks.com and someone will get back to you.

Q. Can I amend my booking?

A. Please call us on 08430 55 44 33, option 2, to discuss making an amendment to your booking.

Q. If the break includes dinner, what should I expect for dinner?

A. Our partner hotels supply a minimum of two courses for dinner or apply a dinner allowance against their a la carte menu.

Payment

Q. Do you take full payment at the time of booking?

A. Yes we do.

Q. How can I pay for my booking?

A. We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express.

Q. Are my payment details secure?

A. Yes they are, we use a secure payment gateway and never store any card details after payment is taken.

Voucher

Q. How can I buy a voucher for friends/family?

A. You can do this online and have it sent to your email address. If you wish to have a printed voucher sent via post, please call 08430 55 44 33. An administration and postage charge of £3.50 per voucher will be applied to your order.

Q. Can I redeem my gift voucher online?

A. In order to redeem your voucher, please call 08430 55 44 33. Please ensure you have the unique code to hand.

Q. How long do I have to redeem my voucher and do I have to have stayed by the expiry date?

A. Our vouchers can be used for one year after the issue date, you don't have to have stayed by the time it expires just as long as you've made the booking before the expiry date.

Hotels

Q. Can I bring my dog to the hotel?

A. Many of our hotels are dog friendly. You can find this information on our hotel pages or alternatively please give us a call on 08430 55 44 33.

Q. Do all hotels charge a single room supplement?

A. Some hotels charge a single room supplement. If you would like to find out which hotels to book without being a charged a single room supplement, please call 08430 55 44 33.

Q. When are the check in/check out times?

A. These are displayed on our hotel pages and booking confirmation.

Q. How do I book any spa treatments that are included in my package?

A. Please book your treatments in advance with your chosen hotel by calling them as soon as your booking has been made and quoting your booking reference.
