This was a return visit to this hotel having stayed there ( with easybreaks), in October 2016. The room we were allocated then was excellent. Modern, extremely spacious and comfortable. Imagine the contrast therefore on our recent visit. We were allocated a room in the non-refurbished wing of the Hotel. This room was very "tired" and certainly in need of upgrading.I had an incident with the over-bath shower which wasn't working properly, and resulted in a scald to my foot. I complained to the ......
