The Elmers Court Hotel & Resort is an excellent hotel set within a tranquil setting that’s ideal for all sorts of breaks, from romantic getaways to active family holidays. A former 19th century manor house, the hotel offers a mix of old and new. The original building offers a grand, historic style with ornate wood panelling and fixtures, a comfortable guest lounge and traditionally styled bedrooms – while the courtyard buildings offer more modern accommodation and amenities, including the leisure club and spa.

The hotel’s location provides some of the best that Hampshire has to offer all in one place – with woodland, coastal attractions and the charming Georgian market town and port of Lymington all waiting to be explored.

However, guests can stay in the hotel and still enjoy the majestic scenery. The hotel’s 23 acres of grounds provide a pleasant backdrop for a stay. And if guests want to get active, then the hotel’s leisure facilities offer every opportunity. There are two 15 metre swimming pools (one outdoor and the other indoor), while the two outdoor tennis courts and state-of-the-art gym are great for a workout. If guests prefer pampering to exercise, the spa provides a luxurious way to unwind, with a professional team standing by with a range of treatments. There is also a nine hole putting green on-site (charges may apply).

The hotel offers two different dining options. The main restaurant is called the Waterford Restaurant and is within the manor house. Awarded an AA Rosette, it offers a fine dining experience within historic surroundings, with a menu that uses the best seasonal ingredients to create classic British cuisine. The other restaurant, called the Scottish Steak Club Bar & Grill, is less formal and more modern, with a great range of dishes from the grill and a selection of comforting classics – and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Tudor Bar provides an elegant, but comfortable setting for sophisticated cocktails or a selection from the excellent collection of whiskies.
